Important: Completion of an OINDC implementation or consulting programme does not guarantee certification, accreditation, audit approval, customer approval, supplier approval, or any other external decision. Final decisions remain with the relevant independent certification body, auditor, customer, government department, or competent authority.

References to ISO, IATF, VDA, ZED, BIS, CE, AS 9100D, and other standards, schemes, marks, or certification systems are for service and informational purposes. OINDC is not the owner or issuing authority of such standards, schemes, or certifications unless expressly stated.

OINDC may assist businesses with product certification processes such as BIS/ISI, CE, and other applicable certification requirements.

OINDC's role may include requirement identification, documentation support, coordination, and readiness assistance. Final certification, registration, licence, or conformity decision remains with the applicable certification body, authority, or scheme owner.

Training programmes may include awareness, skill development, internal auditor, process improvement, and other professional programmes.

Where a training programme includes a certificate, the certificate type, issuing organization, and eligibility requirements will be specified in the relevant programme information. OINDC may provide advisory support for factory layout planning, machine location, offices, gangways, storage areas, material flow, workplace organization, productivity improvement, and waste reduction.

Final plant layout, structural, electrical, fire, safety, statutory, and engineering decisions remain subject to applicable professional design requirements, laws, approvals, and the client's competent technical personnel.

15. Enquiries, Proposals and Engagements

Submitting an online enquiry does not create a consulting contract or guarantee that OINDC will accept the engagement.

OINDC may contact an enquirer using the details provided to understand the requirement, provide information, arrange a discussion, or prepare a proposal. A binding engagement arises only when the applicable commercial and service terms are accepted in writing by the parties.

16. Fees, Payments and Taxes

Fees, payment schedules, taxes, travel expenses, certification-body fees, government fees, and other charges, where applicable, will be specified in the relevant proposal, quotation, or agreement.
